The City of Philadelphia is under almost complete militarized lock down for Pope Francis’ visit.  Complete with two major highway closures, one major bridge closure, school closings for 3 days, and >4 miles of 8 foot high fencing.  Pretty crazy stuff guys.  Not sure if this is just typical American Police State overdoing things, or if this is to protect the Pope as he will be either trying to calm down people from a prior event, or having something controversial to say.
